Due to the complexity and legality of sending items to the EU, I can alas only sell to UK-based customers. I offer free Royal Mail shipping on all postable orders and I will aim to post items within 4 working days.
Collection only
Due to the fragility of some of my larger ceramic pieces and the outsized nature of certain pieces of painted furniture, these are available by collection only (free of charge) from my studio in Bridgeton in the East End of Glasgow. This will be stated in the product description; please read descriptions thoroughly before buying! Upon purchase I will contact you via email with exact address and instructions for pick-up.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not refundable (unless they are faulty). This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event of a fault with your earrings, contact me via the contact form describing the issue and a refund (or exchange, stock permitting) can be arranged. Please note that faults or damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear are ineligible.
Product info + care
It might seem obvious, but ceramic is inherently fragile and should be treated and stored with care. Please note that the unglazed backs of ceramic earrings and necklaces will naturally discolour with contact with the skin. I use hypoallergenic stainless steel stud fittings and sterling silver hoops to minimise irritation. The earrings are not as heavy as you might imagine (I keep the thickness to a minimum) - although the larger two-part dangly studs may feel a little more weighty in the ear.

Your privacy is important to me. This shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and Paypal which are both fully PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, meaning that they handle credit card information securely and in line with global standards.
